- We have a Self-Return and Reverse Pick up policy. In order to return the product you will have to pack the item/s in the original condition received and handover to the courier assigned for collection, once you select the products to return on our Return panel.
- Items are eligible for return if they are being returned within 14 days of delivery and fulfil any of the following conditions:
– Item was delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition.
– Item was not as per the image displayed on the website.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original packaging as delivered to you.
- The cost of return shipping is also be covered by AK Fashion Only in case of damaged products or products that are received wrong, AK Fashion would cover the return shipping costs accordingly the damage occurred to the product .
- Any Custom / Standard Stitched Item, or Lingerie Set items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Steps to return the purchased product:-
- Login to your account on Desktop / Mobile Website. Click hereto login.
- Enter your email address and password. In case if you have forgotten your password then click here. You will receive an email to reset the password.
- Once you are logged in, Go to My Orders and Select Your Order to Return.
- Click On I agree button after reading the return policy.
- Select the items you want to return and quantity of items.
- Select an option from the Reason menu, and then add any additional information in the Notes box.
- Select a refund / replacement.
- If you made payment using Credit/ Debit card then your refund will be sent to your Bank Account or Google pay Wallet. For that u need to give bank details or Google pay details.
- If your order payment mode was Bank Deposit or Cash On Delivery, you will have to enter your bank details for NEFT to Bank Account, option of Google pay is also available
- After submission, our team would review your request of return and will revert within 48 hours.
- Once the return request is approved, the reverse pick up will be generated.
- The reverse pick up will be completed in the following 72 hours.
- Post pick up the refund / replacement will be actioned.
The order can be cancelled from the time of order placement to the time before you order is shipped. In order to cancel your order you will have a cancel tab in your order history to initiate cancellation. If you have any problem with cancellation of order please contact the Customer Support Cancellation will be initiated only if your order is not shipped.
Please note cancellation will be allowed till the order status is yet to be shipped, once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled but can be returned back as per returns policy
In case your order is shipped, you will have to wait until the order is delivered and initiate a return request if you still wish to cancel or you may reach us at [email protected]
However please note, Cancellation can also be initiated by AK Fashion in the event we are unable to fulfil an order. In such event customer would be duly informed and refund would be initiated to the original mode of payment.
The money will be transferred back to the original mode of payment. It would further take 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund. You can select the mode of refund where you want your money to be credited.
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request then be rest assured that we have initiated your refund request and are following up with financial organizations for the same.
Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us. We will gladly help you.
